Family house in NMnV is smart design building. Orientation and shape are aimed to maximum energy gains. Structure itself is designed as low energy house. Volume is enfolding around central garden. Inner organisation is inspired by gallery. Main space play role of central ‘exhibition’ room, where guest, art and live of the house are merged into one entity.
